We are proud to serve high quality, locally sourced beef and pork from Celtic Pride. Which means that we are able to trace it from farm to customer. It’s produced and processed in Wales to meet the highest standards of quality, health, taste, flavour and is matured for at least 21 days. Our fish is supplied by E. Ashton Fishmongers who are located in Cardiff’s' indoor market and have been specialists in their field since 1800. Our venison, lamb and cheese are all locally sourced as well as many other seasonal items on our menu.
